New Delhi: Voting is underway is Delhi today. The state is voting today to choose a new government. Here are some facts about the polls.

1. There are about 2.2 lakh teenagers voting for the first time in Delhi out of the total of 1.4 crore voters.
2. There are about 37 lakh voters between 20 and 29 years.
3. More than 300 voters are above 100 years in age.
4. As per the data from Election Commission, more than 9,000 voters are homeless.
5. In Delhi state, Vikas Puri constituency has the largest number of voters while Chandni Chowk has the least.
6. The voting machines will be stored in the 70 strong rooms in 14 locations in the national capital region. The EC will keep a tab on polling through live webcast in a control room.
7. While Arvind Kejriwal's 49-day stint as CM was the shortest in the history of Delhi's elections, BJP's Sushma Swaraj had a similarly brief stint, serving as CM for 52 days in 1998.
8. This is the first time Delhi has been under President's Rule since it was declared a Union Territory.
