An MLA of the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) was caught on camera kicking, abusing, and thrashing Volvo employees. Initial reports suggest that BJP MLA from Satna, Madhya Pradesh was annoyed over a payment issue that was highlighted by Volvo staff and that is why he stormed their office and beat its staff black and blue.
The BJP MLA, identified as Gaganendra Pratap Singh, barged into the
Volvo’s unit in Satna and grabbed a staff by his collar and started
abusing him.
While speaking to Daily Bhaskar, Shivcharan Dwivedi, manager of the
Volvo unit said, “The MLA had purchased a machine from us, but not made
the full payment. We sent multiple reminders, but to no avail.”
