Do you know about these 5 amazing sea ports of India?

India has 7,516.6 km of coastline and states like Gujarat, Maharashtra, Goa are home to some very busy and beautiful sea ports. These Indian ports handle a large volume of cargo traffic and container traffic.
 In total, there are 13 major sea ports in India and out of these today we are telling you about five such ports.
 
1. Kandla Port (Gujarat)
On the Gulf of Kutch, the Kandla Port is situated in the Kutch District of Gujarat. It is the first special economic zone not only in India but also in Asia. The port is hub for major imports like petroleum, chemicals and iron. It also export grains, textiles and salt. Port of Kandla also has the distinction for being one of the highest earning ports of India.
