Boston/New Delhi: With winds howling at more than 112 kmph (70 mph), the Blizzard of 2015 slammed Boston and surrounding parts of New England.
Snowfall
totals were up to 32.5 inches in Auburn, Massachusetts, 30.5 inches in
Thompson, Connecticut, 28.5 inches in Orient, New York, and 23.3 inches
of snow at Boston's Logan International Airport, on Tuesday.
The blizzard's force and relentlessness stunned even
winter-hardened New Englanders with more than 7,000 flights canceled in
the region.
