OMG! Is that the cartoon of transport minister Nitin Gadkari on a poster appealing commuters to wear helmet?

Months after Union Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari courted controversy for riding scooter without helmet in Nagpur, the police in BJP-ruled Chhattisgarh have circulated posters with a cartoon having an uncanny resemblance to the party leader for spreading awareness on wearing helmet. 

These posters have been pasted in many parts of the industrial town and on auto rickshaws, urging people to 'wear helmets and drive safe'.
